About lori
Lori is a southern Minnesota girl, but after achieving her BS in Political Science and Business Law from Minnesota State University, she headed north to Bloomington and ultimately Northeast Minneapolis. She has been a resident of the Twin Cities for over 25 years. During that time she completed her Masters Degree in International Management from St Thomas and spent time in the corporate world until deciding to pursue her passion for real estate. Growing up in a small farming community prepared her for success. Lori values hard work, integrity, personal relationships, and prides herself on being very hands-on with her clients. She understands that buying or selling a home is one of the biggest investments of people’s lives. She works diligently with sellers on strategies to maximize their home’s value including painting, staging, and bringing in professionals to get your home ready. For buyers, she educates clients to understand their negotiating power in transactions and ensure they are in a strong position to win in any market. Lori prides herself on being a student of the market and her clients benefit from her tireless preparation, knowledge of current conditions, and a win/win negotiation mindset.
