The Falls/Pinnacle is high-rise community consisting of two connected buildings : The Falls and The Pinnacle, both of which share amenities. The Pinnacle was originally developed as rental apartments and The Falls was originally designed to be for-sale condominiums. As a result of the 1980’s real estate recession, The Falls was converted back to rental apartments after only a small number of condos were sold. The community operated until 2006 as one apartment complex. In 2006 the entire community was successfully converted to for-sale condominiums and operate as one Association.
