The original Mill went down in the 1878 explosion, but it was immediately replaced by the present structure of Humboldt Mill. The present-day condo complex is comprised of the original Mill structure, plus the Annex which was added in 2004. The original Mill features the classic exposed brick, bean, & concrete, while the Annex features more contemporary design with large windows & open floor plans.
