The Legacy

The Legacy was the last building built by prolific Twin Cities Developer Jim Stanton.  It is similar in feel to his other two developments in the Mill District - Bridgewater and Stonebridge — but is larger and was built to have a more hotel-like lobby service experience.  It features a large suite of shared building amenities and was built to be dog-friendly.  Views face all directions and vary from the downtown skyline, the River and East over the 35W bridge toward the U of M.
