The Whitney Lofts were originally constructed in 1879 as the Standard Mill, one of the many water-powered mills that helped fuel the growth of Minneapolis. Later it became the Whitney Hotel, housing many stars and celebrities over the years. It was converted in 2006 into 25 condos that feature exposed brick & timber, and riverfront views.
